Shipping policy

Please take notice Midgaarb is a shop fully run by one woman doing her best to get everything out to you in a timely fashion. Shipping normally takes place every Tuesday, but may take up to 1-2 weeks especially during releases or when I am at events or during federal holidays. Keep up with my Instagram for special announcement on potential shipping impacts. The shipping time on each item is given to the customer before ordering. Since Midgaarb only makes custom made/small batch items, the ship time may be longer than expected. If you have any questions contact Midgaarb by sending a message on this website. 

Midgaarb is not responsible to ship an item out any faster than the estimated time given to customers before and after they purchase.

IMPACTS OF COVID-19 to present day 2025 SHIPPING:

*Please note for international orders since COVID-19, USPS now takes much longer than usual to ship items due to the COVID systems that were put in place. Take note of this before ordering. For most countries, your order is first going to a distribution/sorting center in California before shipping out to you, which prolongs the shipping time. Midgaarb does not have any control over the current mail systems. Therefore Midgaarb will not be able to offer expedited shipping for international orders.

For herbal offerings especially, you may want to consider how long it may take to get to you. Midgaarb has no control over temperature regulation during the journey it takes to get to you, or the conditions your items will arrive to you. Midgaarb also has no control over what herbal offerings are allowed and not allowed in your country. Please do your own research before ordering.

Please take note of shipping time for each listing as they vary. Depending on what items purchased, the amount of items purchased and my work load depends on ship time. Ship times are always provided to the customer before and after ordering. Failure to provide measurements upon order will prolong shipping time, so please provide them when placing your order!

If multiple items are ordered at once and each item has different ship times, they will all be shipped together according to the longest ship time estimated unless otherwise stated so please contact Midgaarb to inquire otherwise.

WEBSITE WIDE POLICY - All import fees domestic and international are the responsibility of the buyer. As a USA-based business, Midgaarb has no control over international ship costs and times. Please understand that if you buy from out of the United States of America there is a chance of having to pay import fees. Midgaarb is not to be held accountable for any import fees, or your countries tax or mailing laws.
Midgaarb is not to be held accountable for items lost in the mail or provide a refund for lost items.
