Wild Forest Fire Cider
• WILD FOREST FIRE CIDER •
I'm so excited to bring this seasonal offering back! My unique take on Fire Cider ~ created with the intent to bring forth healing from our wildfires & crafted with wildcrafted bio-regional Evergreen tree boughs. I first crafted this offering last September when I evacuated to Montana, seeking refuge from our Oregon wildfires. I designed the labels as a blending of burned & living trees, to pay homage to the scorched mountainsides that are forever a part of the beautiful PNW landscapes🌲
This oxymel exists to deeply support our respiratory, immune, circulatory & digestive systems. Bringing spicy, sweet, sour & bitter flavors, she summons the fires within & gets our blood moving during dark, cold days. She includes the strongest anti-viral, anti-microbial & anti-inflammatory ingredients known, acting as powerful lung expectorants, helping bring up & rid unwanted debris, smoke, virals, while delivering essential minerals, vitamins & various nutrients to all the bodily systems.
In Fire Cider tradition, she was crafted upon the summer New Moon & strained upon the October New Moon. This supportive brew combines over 25 ingredients; local Organic veggies & homegrown herbs infused with wildcrafted tree boughs, berries, roots, local raw herbal infused honey & a special seasonal spice blend.
Her uses are so versatile & delicious! Shake her up and add a splash to your favorite dishes ~ soups, stir-fry, salads or use as a marinade. Mix in tea, Bloody Mary or cocktail. For a boost, take her straight in a shot glass to summon the fire within & get the blood moving on cold, dark days.

I drank some of this before going on a plane, to help support my immune system. So yummy! I drank some the other day to warm myself up and chase away winter blues, and it was so delicious and felt so good that I had to stop myself from drinking the whole bottle. Brittany poured her love and appreciation of the PNW into this cider, and it is truly one of a kind. I want a winter's supply for myself and a bottle for each of my friends who struggle with winter blues. Magical. Thank you Brittany. Healing for humans and land alike. (Also I know people use this on other foods ie as a dressing or splash of flavor but I just drink it as is!)
The offerings here at Midgaarb are truly treasures and The Fire Cider is definitely no different. This gem is filled with immune allies and a punch of flavor. A flavor that adds depth and richness to soups, pasta sauce, or a marinade. The possibilities are endless and I literally can never get enough Fire Cider. Thank you for making such an incredible brew! I cannot wait til the next restock! Cheers!
